Brandon Cartier

Executive Chef - Presidential Catering

Brandon began his career with Command Performance in February of 2007, shortly after he began his education in culinary school at Los Angeles Trade Technical College. While studying, Brandon worked in the Command Performance kitchens as a prep cook and as an off-site chef on small events. Brandonís love of food, ability to learn quickly, attention to detail, excellent work ethic, and dedication to the company led him to a significant promotion in 2012 to Executive Sous Chef. Brandon attributes his success to the help and inspiration of Executive Chef of Command Performance, Maya Chrestensen. Building on his history with the company, he took Mayaís place in the daily operations of Presidential Catering in the beginning of 2014 to become the Executive Chef at the Reagan Library. Brandonís favorite element of working an event is seeing the smiles on the faces of the guests who attend.
